“I help high achieving genx get out of their heads, to live their purpose to better their health, wealth and relationships. I was a wife, mother of two, Fashion Designer and Boutique owner . On the outside, I “had it all”, after pregnancy complications I got sick physically, mentally, emotionally, addiction to Dr prescribed meds turned street drugs, homelessness and divorce to now.

Now I have come full circle to living my purpose and I am on a mission to show others how to do the same, and without burnout. My experience has shown me what can happen to anyone at anytime, and how to build a steady foundation. Through my own journey and what I now share with others, our thoughts can make or break us.

What we think we know can keep us stuck from knowing more and expanding. We have to acknowledge what is on our subconscious minds to make conscious choices to change. When we let go of what we “ think we know”, we can expand past our limitations.”
