  2. [5:01] Slowing down gives you space, creates energy, creates opportunities, and overall allows you to go after your much bigger goals; when you’re just in the mindset of going and doing, you miss all of that
  3. [8:52] When you’re just going through the motions, you’re doing exactly that; you’re just going through the motions, you’re not having that why to power you
