Audio from the Live broadcast "Worldwide impact of US lawsuits against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)", with Theodora Scarato da Environmental Health Trust (EHT) which took place on February 5, 2021.
Theodora Scarato MSW is Executive Director of Environmental Health Trust (EHT), a scientific think tank that publishes research and educates policymakers on environmental health issues. EHT scientists are among the leading independent voices calling for reducing wireless worldwide.
The Environmental Health Trust (EHT), led by award-winning scientist Devra Davis PhD, MPH is a leading petitioner in a historic case against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. This lawsuit wants the Court to order the FCC to withdraw, vacate and update its guidelines, with 1996 references, for radio frequency radiation (RFR) from cell phones, cell towers, Wi-Fi, 5G and other wireless communications devices.
After the FCC warned last month that it found no evidence of damage caused by wireless technology, 11,000 pages of evidence were included refuting the FCC's conclusion.
