It takes a village to raise a child. I’m all for that, everyone taking responsibility for the kids in the area, celebrating them and telling them off too. Teaching kids to be respectful is everyone’s responsibility. I mean if a kid smacked you on the bum would you let it pass? Ignore it? Say “don’t do it again, that’s naughty!”  What would you do? I tell u what I did, I switched on the rascal.
