    • Ultimately, the decision is up to you, but you have to be willing to listen to new ideas and concepts.

    • Masterminds help you realize you're not alone.
      • Others may not be in the same niche as you, but they may be struggling with the same problems.
    • Mastermind is about working together to create greater results.

      • If yes, then they're ready for a Mastermind.
    • Owners need to work on their business, not in their business.
    • Realize that you can do it with others.

    1. What habit do you think has led to success in your life? Brian makes his coffee with a slow pour over method which cuts down his coffee consumption and also gives him a rhythm and intentionality in the morning.
    2. What's the simple positive action that you take each day to move forward to achieve your goals? Brian used to be very sarcastic, but now he states his sarcastic statements in an opposite way which is still funny but builds people up and shifts the perspective.
    3. What's your biggest life lesson and what have you learned from it? Just show up.

    • What is my now plan? What am I willing to do?
    • Build your plan.
    • Bringing the best of ourselves is sometimes knowing when to step back.
    • We're not going to change all at once.
    • Attunement is about making sure that we have time to go back and to check and adjust.
    • If we aren't learning, we'll stay in the same place.
    • You're going to have to let some things go in order to grow.
    • Let it go not because it's bad but because it's outlived its purpose.
    • You have to trust yourself because there will be situations where no one else will be able to pull you through.
      • It might not be easy, but you can do it.

    • You can try to make people accountable for things, but only they can choose to take responsibility.
      • They have to choose because they want to.
    • If team members feel like they belong, they feel they can step up and take responsibility.
    • Humble confidence is about love, not fear.
      • Everything we do is driven by fear or love.
      • Fear brings ego.
      • When driven by love, we listen and think about others.
    • Leading from a place of love encourages others to step up and help.
    • Many people see not knowing the answer as a kind of threat.
      • It's okay not to know.

    • Mike has three Cs:
      • Clarity. Get clear on what you want in life, and don't put limits on it. Write it out.
      • Commitment. Decide and commit that you're going after that.
      • Consistency. All your words and actions have to go towards it.
    • Be careful about the stories you tell yourself.
      • If you say it will be hard, it will be hard.

    1. What habit do you think has lead to success in your life? Mike's biggest habit is waking up and practicing gratitude. He says thank you then takes action to move him toward his mission.
    2. What's the simple positive action that you take each day to move forward to achieve your goals? He understands that low tolerance = high production. Don't overcomplicate things.
    3. What's your biggest life lesson and what have you learned from it? There's a small portion of things you know. There's a small portion of things you know you don't know. And there's a large portion of things you don't know that you don't know. Keep a learning mindset because knowledge is power.
