Dena Breslin returns to the show to talk the importance of Mindset and how to shift!
Dena Breslin, MSPAS, CTACC, has had a varied 25 year career path, from specialty sales rep in a top 5 pharmaceutical company, to practicing medicine as a physician assistant, to a stay-at-home, then work-from-home mom with a thriving multi-million dollar party plan business, to a sought after life, business and success coach.
An ICF Certified Life Coach, Dena delivers her unique style of ultra direct, "wake up call", one on one coaching, business masterminds, leadership workshops, keynotes, and retreats. The cornerstone of focus is the Mind. Mindset, mindfulness practice, thoughts, language and images are what set us up for health, wealth and vitality.
Her passion is to hear what a client may not hear, and see what they are blind to, in the moment. She's known for pattern interruption and uses exercises to retrain the brain, based in neuroscience, and physiology.
An entrepreneur at heart, who thrives on curiosity and reinvention, it was in 2009 that a ground-breaking opportunity with Touchstone Crystal by Swarovski presented itself. As a Founding Leader with Touchstone, personal growth was, and is still a pillar to her success, and a primary focus for her team. And, more than people realize and understand, direct selling allows viable earning power. "A six-figure income may not be what someone desires, however, earning $60-120/hour working part time, four or five days a month, can change someone’s life. There are no magic start up kits, no magic companies.
If you run an organization right, then you are a CEO, developing and using the very same business and leadership skill sets that any corporate CEO is using."
Dena is a former Physician Assistant, with 9 years practice, mostly in Gastroenterology. Her experience is both inpatient and outpatient care. While she no longer practices medicine in the traditional sense, the art and science of medicine will never be far away.
Her Pharma Sales experience was uniquely specific, and very historic, to the launch of HIV/AIDS drugs here in the US and Canada in the early 1990s. You could find her at Infectious Disease grand rounds, in the state and federal prisons, and outreaching on college campuses.
Those who know her will attest to her endless curiosity, passion for learning and teaching, her fight against the status quo, and the belief that we all have the power to design our own destiny. Dena is a single mom to three amazing teens, who are her best teachers. She loves creating new experiences with her children to include travel, entertaining, cooking, and movie nights.
