Startling right? Most of our struggles and challenges come from the fact that we only 99% commit to something we want. We give ourselves that 1% out, and the cheat day, and the “I don’t feel like it today” when it comes to our lives and businesses. I want to share a video from Jack Canfield on the topic, discuss it and then do an exercise to implement this 1% change in our lives so we can have more of what we want.
