With the average cell phone user spending 2 hours & 22 minutes a day on social media why do so many business owners ignore this effective & free tool?

I get asked a lot, "hey what product should I create" to sell something.   Well surprising as it may seem, I would suggest you don't do what I did....

One aspect of our business is getting people into our world.  We bust our butt to attract those new customers, but how do we keep them coming back for more?  Well, obviously the key is great customer service our products & services that we deliver.  If that's the case why do some many businesses miss these simple steps to keep their customers coming back for more?  Today, I share what happened to me on three different occasions and how profoundly different each interaction increased or decreased the likelihood I'll return.

It's always easy to point fingers at our client acquisition problems, but if we take a moment to examine the numbers we can try to identify one place we tend to lose a lot of customers....that's from our actual employees.  Whether it's on the phone or in person you'd be surprised at how many business owners are turning away potential customers.

You spend hours & hours preparing for the big day, you launch your business but you aren't sure what is the best way to advertising.  Don't worry...there isn't just one way, but it is about the numbers & service once you get them in your doors (virtual or real)..

Doubt can come and go but the energy we go into our businesses disseminates into every aspect of our business from sales to employees.  Hear how my waves of doubt can sometimes be my biggest limiting belief if I let it. 

We often try to do everything in order to master it all, but in reality we are only slowing down our success.  Listen how I've made so many mistakes & am still trying to fully know or understand what is my superpower.
