In this episode, I’m talking with Erin Resch, a conservation manager and sustainability advocate whose initiatives started with powerful personal journey. Erin’s story begins with her struggle with infertility—a challenge that led her to completely rethink her diet, environment, and lifestyle. By cutting out toxins, processed foods, and microplastics, she didn’t just improve her physical health but found a deeper connection to sustainable, intentional living. In our conversation, we dig into the environmental impact of the food industry, her experiences working in conservation, and how small changes, like swapping out plastic water bottles or joining community initiatives, can create lasting change. Erin’s journey shows us that when you take control of your health and habits, you can change your life—and the world around you.
Erin Resch is deeply passionate about driving innovation in the food industry while empowering others to embrace healthier, more sustainable choices. With over 15 years of experience spanning dairy, plant-based foods, and water conservation, her journey reflects a commitment to advancing well-being through purpose-driven strategies and mindful decision-making.
Her career began with leading roles at Dannon and Challenge Dairy, where she developed a strong foundation in agricultural business development. A pivotal moment came when she recognized the environmental impact of animal agriculture, inspiring a focus on sustainability and conservation. This shift led to a role as Conservation Manager at California Water Service, developing expertise in water-saving initiatives. Today, she channels this passion into the sustainability movement, driving growth, market innovation, and environmental stewardship.
