Clint Callahan wasn’t supposed to be here today, born as a micro premie, he wasn’t supposed to survive. But thank goodness he did. He brings light and levity to his conversations, and his passion for helping others is palpable. He loves teaching people how to be psychologically minded so that they can weather any storm they can go through. As a recovering people pleaser and someone who suffered from imposter syndrome, Clint knows what it means to do the healing work himself and helping his patients walk their own healing journey.
His message to you is the following “Loving yourself is the primary thing that you need to do. Everything that you are right now in this moment is enough.”
Another amazing thing about Clint, is that he speaks my language, he likes to equate psychology to equations with simple input and outputs so everyone can understand. Today he is going to share with us his caring nature and concrete tools.
Clint is a seasoned social worker, therapist, and now life coach over 23 year career, he has effectively aided thousands of people in enhancing their lives and relationships. He has observed the profound positive changes in his personal life and the lives of his clients by utilizing the Small Changes, Big Impact: 1% Per Day Transformational System. It's about teaching people practical psychological tools to beat burnout and stress in 15 minutes a day.
Clint has two goals in life. #1 to be present and #2 to help people have their own light bulb moments and guide people to sustainable change. So Thriver’s let’s welcome Clint by giving him the gift of your full attention and being present in this conversation because you are definitely going to experience some light bulb moments today.
I give you, Clint Callahan.
