Jonathan and Benjamin open up about their shared experiences growing up, while Anna discusses her introduction into the family, especially with interacting with their father. Jonathan and Anna talk about their take aways from doing their own podcast "Gather Round Table Talks" involving deep discussions on prayer. The Small Group dives into a topic that can be easily overlooked, but vitally important, that of "faith". Exploring scripture (Hebrews primarily, but many others as well), Benjamin, Lacey, Sabrina, and Taylor discuss some of the more fundamental aspects of faith, setting the stage for an even deeper dive in future episodes. Sabrina shares a heartfelt personal impact in her experience of faith. Taylor (humbly) displays his talent for reciting scripture by memory, and Benjamin gladly calls him out on it. Benjamin also tries out an experiment by polling the group on their choice of words to describe faith, while also announcing a new feature to their website (SmallGroupPodcast.wordpress.com) for listeners to access notes from the show so that you can participate too and send in your selections too. Each of the hosts reveal what their most impactful and favorite hymns are, describing their effects on them personally. The Group announces how far and fast the show has spread, and are blown away by many of the cities and states it has been able to reach in a short period of time.

SMALL GROUP IS BACK! Following a brief and unexpected break, the Group is together again to discusses the question stemming from a personal experience shared by Benjamin of "who is God?", as well as other variations like "what, where, why is God?"  Diving deep into all of these considerations as objectively as possible, Taylor, Sabrina, Lacey, and Benjamin attempt to describe the indescribable by each presenting their perspectives on God. The opportunity arises for Lacey to show off her Marvel-movie knowledge.
