Dancing aka moving our body is one of the most beautiful way of reducing our stress and recharging our body. We all fear of people’s judgement and stop yourself hitting that dance floor even when your heart wants you there. Isn’t it ? People will always have something to say: good things bad things !! Learn to live like that innocent child who used to dance on their parents clapping 👏 their hands for them. Learn to enjoy like that child who would also clap 👏 with their parents and dance. Because that’s what we all should do just clap our hands and DANCE 💃🕺💃🕺

We all have a choice!! The moment you open your eyes to the moment you lie down at night, we have hundred of choices to make. Some of us choose to over sleep some chose to stay up late, some choose to not sleep at all. Each of us have a CHOICE. At times, we might feel that we don’t have a choice at all and therefore not give it a thought 💭 but do you really believe that we didn’t have a choice at that very moment ? No matter how hard how complicated the situation might seem, we always make our own choices because we always had a choice. Isn’t it something to think about??

I completely understand life is not easy for anyone but I can assure a women’s life is harder than you think or atleast harder than men’s

Whenever you are and whenever you can step outside and feel the cool breeze once in a while as a reminder to be a part of this nature who is working so hard constantly to benefit humans the most.
