What impact do dads really have on the people their kids become?
In this episode of Small Moments, Big Impact, Brent and Lily sit down with clinical psychologist and ManKind Network founder Dr Kelly Bowers to explore fatherhood, mental health and the everyday behaviours our kids are watching and learning from.

Brent and Lily are joined by Cass Champion from My First Job, which is a platform and organisation dedicated to assisting teen to prepare for and find their first job.
My First Job was created by Cass, after living with GenZer's and seeing how they perceive things in the world and misconceived perceptions of them.
My First Job focusses on finding the right job 'fit' for teens, matching them to location, availability, and interests with job opportunities from employers that are suitable and work with their current life commitments with a range of online tools and resources available.
Brent shares a story about a potential high risk situation which occurred on a public bus late at night after going to the AFL with the kids. Lily shares her own experience of a similar story where she felt unsafe in public.
