We talk about how he led the V-Hawks to the conference championship game in just his second year as head coach, how he is known for rebuilding programs, and where he sees his program heading in the future. We discuss his various stops on his coaching journey which range from the NBA to the youth leagues outside of Cleveland, Ohio and how he picked up 310 wins as head coach along the way.
