Taryn and Kristen are honing in on their New Year's Resolutions!! Taryn is focused on having a better skin are routine and being grateful by adding prayer before meals, and Kristen is looking to seek out discomfort and force growth within herself in 2024!

Also, IT'S 2024!!! This is the year that taryn and Kristen have been talking about for years and they hope to be able to compete in the Olympics and bring back a medal to the United States!

Meanwhile, Kristen has been honing her craft in latte making as a home barista with her new espresso maker. Not to mention, Kristen has developed a love for pickleball and is trying to convince Taryn to start playing it with her more often.

Taryn and Kristen just got back to Louisiana after winning the Volleyball world beach pro tour in Doha, Qatar!

On this episode they talk about the entire experience of being in Doha including not even knowing if they made it out of pool play and having to fight their way back to winning the Finals. There was also a substantial amount of things happening, outside of just volleyball itself, when kristen dropped her phone down an elevator shaft in the hotel, losing jerseys in the street, missing/rebooking flights, having trophies broken, sleeping in the airport, and TKN's good luck charm!
