The Mental Health Check-In
In this episode we start off by about the importance of our breath, and how it can regulate our mental state. We then discuss about a journaling concept that we like to call "The Dinner Party". There are many different parts to personality, and many of us never knew this. If there is an internal conflict happening within us there are usually 5 different parts of us trying to be heard all at once:
Once we learn to recognize these parts, it can become easier to navigate internal conflict.
