You will need a big space to lie down for this meditation. Spread out into a starfish and then in slow motion, roll to your side and curl up into a small ball. Then slowly uncurl yourself and stay on your side. After some breaths, stretch out in a starfish position. You do these slow movements all the while imagining being in your favourite place. Notice your breath and be at ease.
