I've been excited about this one for a while! After a quick reminiscent chat about Justin Bieber style hair, Jay and I talk about health and wellbeing. I'm big time into gut health and fermented foods. I run an Instagram page called Fell Fermenting which you can find below where I post pictures of sourdough bread, sauerkraut, kombucha and other fermentation projects.
I wanted to take this opportunity to trial Jay with some of the health hacks that I've learnt and applied in my own life in the last few years. Gut health touches all areas of the body with a few of the main ones being immunity, neurotransmitters and absorbing the nutrients out of the food we eat.
