We get so focused on the big wins that we forget about the process, the journey, the small wins that got us there. We fail to recognize the small wins when they happen because we only are thinking about the one big win that we want. We need to start celebrating all of the small wins because the journey is how we reach our destination. Small wins are HUGE!
