#212 - Jamie Anderson and Brian Anderson-Needham are my guests this week. They are the owners of Weapon Brand, a terrific company teaching people of all types the correct preparation to defend themselves in all types of situations. I realize this is quite a controversial topic in the running community and I wanted to do a proper episode with the right guests and I think I've done it. Jamie and Brian are experts in the industry and give amazing answers to many of the questions asked. 

A couple words about this episode. This was recorded at the height of the January storms we had in Northern California. I lost power almost at the end of the episode, so we had to resume the interview a week later. And also, for whatever reason, the last bit of the episode is cut off. So I profusely apologize for that. In all the four years of doing this show, this has never happened. With that said, it is still one of my favorites and a very important subject.
