Welcome back! For a new series! Hurrah! Join Ciara and Ciarán as they jump head-first into Selling Sunset series five. The first episode sees a few of The Gang off on their holibobs in Greece, where the inevitable 'coming out' of Chrishell and Jason (Chrishason) occurs. Honestly it's just a bit incestuous to see them kissing with feeling. In the final episode of series four (spoiler), Ciara and Ciarán endure what is frankly a very fighty episode which is named after your Granny's excuse for staying late after mass. Christine is finally confronted about her wrongdoings of the past at Jason's Big Announcement Party. But what is that big announcement? Think of a truly very boring and stupid announcement, and then thing of something even boringer and stupider and you're halfway to figuring it out. Amanza is noticeably missing with no explanation so we can only assume she was temporarily abducted by alien realtors from another planet. We wish for her safe return very soon. In this penultimate episode of the new series (spoiler), Ciara and Ciarán are overwhelmed by the amount of action, drama and crimes against fashion committed. Davina has an open house and closed heart when it comes to her loyalty towards Christine, Chrishell is still trying to flog her client Thomas Bryant's gaff, Mary and Romain go on a date that lasts eons, Vanessa bravely takes Christine to a mindset coach and Jason teases a big announcement conveniently just in time for the finale. In this eighth episode of the new series (spoiler), Ciara and Ciarán are comfortably awarding it with the title of The Worst Episode Of The Series. Quite simply, not enough juicy drama happens and we're all left feeling short changed. Jason is missing, which maybe means he carries the show? Christ. Elsewhere, the tide seems to be turning with Christine and her (alleged) lies, some of The Gals have synced their periods so that's fun, Simu Liu and Chrishell's undeniable lack of chemistry returns and Emma and Mary wear The Worst Sunglasses Of The Series. It's a bit of an endurance test of an episode, but the end is in sight. Let's goooo.

In this seventh episode of the new series (spoiler), Ciara and Ciarán disagree over the effectiveness of the episode name, but agree to set aside their differences because that's showbiz, baby. In terms of the actual show, Chrishell moves into her new house and The Gals turn up to ogle at the removal men, Jason and Christine go for a chaotically put-together cheeseburger, Vanessa wears A Statement Hat thereby stealing the entire office scene, Maya and Davina get three seconds of airtime and Heather's boat party exposes something we all knew but still feared - realtors can't dance for shit. Was it a great episode? Nah. But it was perfectly fine, and your gorgeous hosts make it even better. Have a listen.

In the sixth episode of the new series (spoiler), Ciara and Ciarán are less than enthused to see that the dog party is still on and Mary is still mad that Christine showed up as per Jason or the dog's invitation. The Gals all bitch about and then subsequently to each other, as is the general format of every episode. The dogs are hungover after the party, an actual Marvel superhero turns up looking for a house and Davina dishes out awkward hugs like they're going out of fashion, which they have been for some time now. Vanessa dresses like a Power Ranger, Davina dresses like Marge Simpson and the camera gives us a big zoom in on Christine's post-pregnancy lack of belly. It's a whirlwind and frankly unmissable episode. Enjoy!

In the fifth episode of the new series (spoiler), Ciara and Ciarán are disproportionately excited by the arrival of Davina. She's back, she means business and she still has the exact voice of a surfer bro. Elsewhere, Christine does some yoga, Mary and Emma go for coffee (an americano and iced dirty chai, respectively), Chrishell introduces The Gals to Crunchie bars and most importantly THERE IS A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR MARY AND JASON'S SHARED DOGS. As with any pup party, lies, backstabbing and deceit ensue. Critics are calling it The Best Episode Of The Series So Far, both for the TV show and this podcast.
