When you have the skills to learn and memorize, your motivation will always improve. When you learn something new, you need repetition and review, and doing it at certain times of day and the week is perfect for your brain!

Everything is constantly changing around us, so we should too! If you don't have something figured out YET, try new things until you do. Flexibility and curiosity ensures that we will always be ready to adjust to whatever life throws.

Wonderful conversation with the goat: connecting with those around you, the power of extracurriculars, learning from failure, and the ability to stick to-it. 

When you get stuck, reach out to those that inspire you. Talking it out, or just listening, is the therapy we all need regularly to get through challenges and gain fresh perspective. 

Responsibilities and stress are an illusion, but so is success...? You don't HAVE to be motivated, academically successful, positive, focused, or hard working. But society, teachers, and parents tell you this, and if you believe it, you'll be motivated and productive, and ultimate proud of what you've accomplished. So tell yourself this is essential, and believe the lie. 

When you'er doubting yourself, questioning the effort or which action to take, do you land on indecision or apathy? Try rephrasing your questions into an optimistic attitude and ask: why not?!

Growth, optimism, grit & success is all very hard work, but what's the alternative? 

What do you tell yourself to stay motivated? Make it RHYME and it'll stick in your MIND. 

You know it takes hard work to improve on physical things like sports, but do you realized your BRAIN works in exactly the same way??? In what areas do you realize hard work pays off?
