Can SELLING as a FSBO Really Cost a SELLER MORE?
There has always been a lot of disagreement regarding the which is the best approach to working For Sale by Owners. Some Agents are just plain “TERRIFIED” of FSBOs and prefer to steer clear of them altogether. But then there are those “Hard Core” Agents out there that say they live for the challenge of working with FSBOs and proclaim with a strong sense of conviction how much they look forward to jumping into the ring with a FSBO and duking it out. I’m not really sure what that means exactly but what the heck, we all have our ways. Over the years I’ve found the simplest solution for working with FSBO’s — or any Home Seller for that matter — is to just Educate them on “How it Actually Costs More to Sell as a FSBO versus hiring a Professional Real Estate Agent”. So go ahead and clear your mind and listen to this episode and I’ll do my very best to CONVINCE you so that you can go out there and start doing some CONVINCING of your own.
