A recent N.A.R. report stated that the average REALTOR works a minimum of 40 hours each week and earns a gross of only $45K per year – which sounds sort of good until you consider the expenses associated with being in the business which can run anywhere from $500 to $2,000 per month.
How many hours per week should you devote to building your Real Estate Business? How many hours each is really enough? How many hours will it take? How many should it take?
