One of the most befuddling parts of the Real Estate Business (to me at least…) is when an Agent takes an Overpriced Listing and then immediately lapses into RDS; aka “Realtor Denial Syndrome”. RDS is easy enough to recognize and fortunately for the remaining world population it’s only found within the Realtor Community.
