Isn’t it great when you get a call from a past client telling you they’re thinking about moving and they were wondering if you had time to come by and give them some advice on what to do? Wouldn’t it be great to get calls like that more often? I’m sure you’ll agree that getting business from past customers is by far the best part of being in the Real Estate Business. Even though referrals and repeat customers are some of the easiest clients to work with it strikes me as odd the number of agents that still seem to completely overlook this segment of their business.
