What is Groundhog Day? It’s that once a year celebration that takes place every 2nd of February in a remote part of Pennsylvania called Punxsutawney. It involves a famous groundhog named “Punxsutawney Phil” who’s given some special powers by the universal weather Gods whereby he will tell us if winter will be ending early or if we’re in for another six weeks of this miserable cold weather. But it’s also a movie; an epic comedy from 1993 starring Bill Murray as the main character Phil Conners, a local television anchorman that finds himself trapped in a time loop re-living the exact same day over and over. To understand how this relates to you and your real estate career you’ll have to listen to the podcast episode though. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it…
