Competing for a listing is a lot like applying for a decent paying job with one major difference; in most cases neither you nor the homeowner has a defined hiring criteria. How are you supposed to meet their hiring criteria when they don’t have any? You can’t. And because there is no defined “Criteria” it becomes nearly impossible to ascertain why you didn’t “GET” the listing.
