Painless Prospecting: From Information to Conversation
Call someone, anyone for that matter, that’s running an ad in the paper (Craigslist) with something for sale and they’ll happily “Describe” the item without any hesitancy. This is called getting information and it’s as easy as riding a bike. Add a few techniques and some “habit forming” practice sessions and before you know it you’ll be a master at calling FSBOs. One critical technique is the ability to go from the “Information Gathering” stage into the “Conversation” stage.
