The “Why? What if? Would You?” Technique
Convincing prospects and clients to do things your way can sometimes be a real challenge, at least for most agents. It usually requires you to explain to them, in a easy-to-follow and logical manner, that your way is a much better option for them as compared to them doing it their way. This is hardly ever as easy as it sounds. Getting them to just listen to the logic and reasoning is difficult enough; convincing them to change the way they were planning to do something even harder. The easiest way to get them to change what they were planning to do is by merely getting them to change the way they think.
