Learning new skills and techniques is a lot of hard work, and it gets harder as you grow older. After spending most of my adult life training adults on a variety of business growth skills, I’ve often found it necessary to help students “unlearn” something before they’re able to “learn” or “relearn” a particular skill. Just like what sometimes happens with dilapidated buildings, sometimes it’s wiser and more economical to just tear down the old structure in order to make way for something new.
