Here’s a silly question: How do any of us actually go about deciding what to do or not do on any given day? If you’re like most folks you’re probably thinking this is easy; all you have to do is decide what needs to be done and then simply commit to getting it done. Enough said, right? But wait…what about those things you meant to do but never actually got around to doing? For example; what happened to your most recent fitness kick you were oh so gung-ho about just a couple months ago? Or that commitment you made to start waking up an hour earlier each day so you could spend more time reading, writing, planning your day or just playing games on your kid’s X-box?
