It happens to each of us at some point; we decide to take a well deserved short break from the hustle and bustle of the Real Estate Business after getting that “One Deal” to finally close. That sale you just closed consumed so much of your time over the last couple weeks it’s a wonder anything else got done, in fact once the dust settles you realize NOTHING did get done. Yes, you did manage to defy the odds and get that sale closed but now it’s Monday Morning and you’re not exactly sure what to do next.
