People frequently ask me what are the components of a good leadership development program. My response is that it depends. It depends on the participants. Are they newbies getting ready for their first foray into leadership? Are they seasoned execs who want to accelerate their trajectories? Are they in the middle trying to figure out how to refine their skills? It depends… But, even with it depending and being situational, there are topics or domains of leadership that I think should be included in a sound leadership development program. That's the focus of this podcast.
