Today's episode was recorded on Monday 30th November 2020. We are about to enter into Advent month as from tomorrow where many people in the UK at least will be celebrating Christmas. There will be a lot to reflect on as the year draws to an end. Along with the sadness of sickness and loss. There will be many people who have had positive experiences and have gained in some way. The year is neither good nor bad. It just is.
