This was a great interview with Prof. Tim Marsh during which we discuss safety culture, leadership and behavioural safety. 

Tim has a really pragmatic approach in these topics and he takes us "safely" through the myriad of challenges allowing us to digest in small pieces.

I am sure we will have more to discuss in future podcasts and hopefully, Tim can spare us his time and experiences.
