How many of us are guilty of dishing out advice that we ourselves do not take? Do we embody the values that we talk about? How can we be great  leaders in our spheres of influence if we don't lead ourselves? Charity starts at home, quite literally. I have understood that in order to be a great leader, one has to be great at leading themselves too. Attending 'The Global Leadership Summit' this past week not only further inspired this topic, but reinforced the need to understand oneself in order to lead others. In this episode, I delve into self-leadership and how embracing your difference, working on yourself and pursing with pure intentions can contribute to a positive leadership experience.
