Is this episode, Belinda shares how she lived a generally healthy life until she hit perimenopause and nothing she did was working to counteract her weight gain. After doing some research she started implementing a new regimen which included a higher protein gluten free diet and more intense weight training. She also shifted her mindset from weight loss to fat loss and stopped worrying about the number on the scale and she was able to see noticeable results within weeks!
