This week Jordan and Marin share a story about a shooting that occurred outside the door of their college dorm room, how they processed the trauma of the event, and the importance of self care. 

If you or someone you know is struggling with trauma, listen. Believe them when they share their story and help them find resources to process their trauma. If you have been through a traumatic event, believe yourself. You are worth the time and space to heal.
