Episode 1: Meet the Moms Behind Snacks, Screens & Sensory Overload! 🎙️
Welcome to our very first episode!
Meet Katy and Lauren, two moms navigating the messy, beautiful, exhausting, and sometimes downright hilarious world of raising neurodivergent and medically complex kids and teens.
Katy is a mom of four, certified life and spiritual coach, navigating autism, PDA, ADHD, anxiety, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and learning differences with her kids and teens.
Lauren is a mom of two daughters and a coach for parents of medically complex and neurodivergent kids. Her family's journey includes PANS/PANDAS, OCD, Lyme disease, autism, PDA, anxiety, ADHD, and learning differences.
In our first episode, we're introducing ourselves, sharing a little about our kids and teens, their diagnoses, and the parenting journeys that brought us here.
We're not here because we have all the answers. We're here because we're living it, too. The overwhelm, the advocacy, the unexpected challenges, the little victories, and the moments so ridiculous you just have to laugh.
Our hope is to create a space where parents of neurodivergent and medically complex kids and teens feel seen, understood, and a little less alone. A place for honest conversations, hope on the hard days, laughter in the chaos, and celebrating our kids for exactly who they are.
So grab your favorite snack, ignore the laundry, and come hang out with us. ❤️
Because sometimes the best thing we can hear is, "Me too."
