Another bonus episode! We delve into what motivates us to participate in sports and how we hold each other accountable. What are some of your techniques to stay motivated?

We take a brief stop and talk about the sports we participated in at school. As we didn't represent our schools competitively, we discuss the alternatives that were provided and what we did during sports days. What sports did you play in school, and did you represent your school?

The discussion switches over to console ownership and our favourite video games. Patrick talks about some of the mischief he and his brother got into during online play, while Thomas speaks about how he sneaked his first purchased console into the house. What consoles do you own, and what are your favourite games?

More traditions? Thomas talks about believing in Santa, while Patrick introduces the Mid-Autumn Festival and mooncakes.

The conversation progresses to how we celebrate our Chinese traditions and rituals, and the differences between them. Thomas goes more in-depth about the process of Bai San and his Catholic upbringing, while Patrick focuses on other Chinese customs. What are your rituals and traditions?
