WOW! Poor kids...separating from mom and dad is stressful for some of the little guys, even those that reach 5 or 6 years old. We don't have the cure for this but we share our experiences and some good pointers on how to deal with it. Fact being.... it's sometimes the parents or grandma, that has the anxiety! Hear it out.

Very few kidmin leaders are on a payroll.... nothing wrong with that. At all. Most of us are volunteer. But had you ever dreamed about being hired full time in a kidmin position? I think we all have at one time or another. Well, thats what this podcast is about. We are simply chatting and envisioning what to expect if the opportunity arose.
