So here we go for my first time recording in 2020. I have Lexie of Alexandria-astrology.com back on for talks about her new group course, Entrepreneurial Oneness, among our other meanderings that are truly too fun and might hit on struggles we all have. Her course sounds so freaking amazing and she has such awesome nuggets of wisdom and a great handle on helping you learn more about yourself through Astrology and Human Design so you can learn how you function to aid in your all your life-business decisions. Don't miss this!
Find her one on one services and her new group course at www.alexandria-astrology.com or her Instagram @alexandria-astrology

I took a break from podcasting for a few months and I may explain why in an upcoming episode but enjoy this Episode from January with Lexie from Alexandria Astrology. She is AMAZING and chock full of information. I could have talked to her for hours and hope to chat again soon. You can check her out at www.alexandriaastrology.com. It was really a fun time, maybe too much fun for me, and a must must listen.
I'm starting a Sneaky Woo Woo blog as well where I write about Life, Art and the pursuit of Wellness. Another format for my thoughts and ideas and a bit different from these interviews.
Don't forget to comment and subscribe so you don't miss anything new.
Thanks for listening,

So I had a, in the moment, thought of changing my name to Sneaky Woo Woo and so I went to work to change it. But then jut to make sure it was a true intuitive insight and not just a whimsical whim, I waited a couple weeks to make sure it felt right. And it 90% does and the rest is a leap of faith. But it excites me and encompasses all the things I want to explore and express. All the things we do to for wellness and to feel good, some explainable and some not. All the things. I explain a little more in this episode. Enjoy
In this episode I chat with Jenny Skies about her Artful Yoga workshops and how she healed past traumas with Yoga. She also now helps other people find emotional expression and joy through using Yoga postures and colors on canvas. Check out Jenny Skies @jennyskiesartfulyoga

Erin is an LA based mobile massage therapist, FL licensed Acupuncturist plus a Yoga & Qigong Instructor. Find Erin at https://www.conscious-mobility.com/ Thanks Erin!
In this episode I talk to Maria of My Life as a Puddle blog about Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and how her blogging helped her deal with this condition and build community and awareness around it. It's November and Hyperhidrosis Awareness Month and it's something that I personally deal with as well so I wanted to do this episode to keep the conversation going.
In this episode I talk with guest and my son, Julian, about how he uses Music as a form of wellness, anxiety relief and to be able to move through the expression of emotions.
