It's a beautiful day today but we know that tonight we are going to have a very big storm come through. I realized I need to enjoy this Calm before the storm. But I also need to enjoy the storm. What about you?

When I was growing up I couldn't look within in my own immediate family for a Hero. The only person in my extended family I could look up to was my grandmother. I decided I wanted to be like her. Who Is your hero?

I rescued a little bird out of our chicken coop this morning. It was headed in the wrong direction just like many of us have been at one time or another in our lives. At least I know I have!

I used to say God was not amused by your comfort zone. Now I realize how far from the truth that is!

At my age I think it's unfair that I have to work harder to keep from having belly fat and cushions on my hips. If only chips and popcorn made the fat LEAVE instead of STAY!!
