👉🏾: “The Way” is not a path that’s given to us–it’s one we have to CREATE with the evidence of our behavior & the fruit of our lives. But it takes an insane amount of TRUST and FAITH and COURAGE to allow yourself to just BE where you are & run your own race. Why? Because it means going AGAINST popular opinion & doing the OPPOSITE of what “everyone else” is doing. Feeling alone, looking crazy and constantly wondering if you're making "the right" decision.
But when God tells you to BE HERE??
TRUST THAT.
And when it comes time to choose?
Always choose to follow the voice inside instead of any outside voice screaming something different.
Trust the breadcrumbs leading you to YOUR WAY.
They know.

The person you’re sharing your body and bed with should ABSOLUTELY be helping you.
You’re worthy of a partner who proactively offers to help & ACTIVELY lLOOKS for ways to make your life easier.
Otherwise, what’s the point of having a PARTNER??
You’re not asking for too much––it’s actually the BARE minimum.
So if the person you’re sharing your body/bed with isn’t doing these things??
Let them go & make love to yourself instead.
You’re worthy of so much more. ❤️

I love my relationship with my BFF, Raquel.
Not just because of WHO she is as a person (head to IG & scroll back to January 2022 to learn more about her), but because of the incredibly intimate, solid, special & abiding relationship we’ve co-created together since we were 15.
One facet of this is––she’s deeply interested AND invested in my work, so when she listened to Episode 24 she was like, “Ummm….I don’t know about telling people to sit in their hard feelings ‘cause sometimes they take it too far & get stuck there.”
And then we had a 60 min convo about my philosophy on “sitting in your stuff” at the end of which she said,
“That’s good. You need to talk about that on the podcast.”

The retreats I’ve curated are intimate, bespoke, magical experiences that help you LET GO of who you are, so you can OPEN UP to who were sent here to BECOME (hence the name, Lost & Found Marrakech!).
