Recently, I was actually fired by a (former) client of mine, and I wanted to take some time to touch on my thoughts in relation to being fired. I believe it is so easy for us as people, and agents in particular to speak on our victories, our accomplishments, and to show our trophies, but are we still as open when it comes to our failures, our disappointments, our mistakes?
