Someone on Twitter recently reminded me that I use to be on Beyonce’s Internet really writing. Time and tasks have me missing that part of me. But I actually read my own words on this blog post and I sobbed. I also took a few deep breaths of relief because I know I am not in this dark place anymore.

99. These are the 5 manifesting techniques I'm using to create my dream life

In today's episode, I am going to give you some suggestions on how we can reframe our sadness. Now all of these suggestions are under the assumption that you have already sat with the sadness, you have reconciled that you are sad, you have determined why you are sad, and you are now ready to reframe it. This absolutely does that mean that the minute that you begin to feel sadness rising that you "quote unquote" reframe it. Because now, that is avoidance and we're not doing that.

I watched the two part docuseries, Where Is Wendy Williams? and I am honestly a bit floored. Which is why it's now two weeks later and I am just gathering my thoughts. It was not what I expected. I was geeked to see Wendy cut up in the ways only she can. Messy, cheeky, and semi rude. But instead we got a raw, unfiltered, and highly vulnerable depiction of the media legend.
