Níall is  a qualified Wim Hof instructor based in Ireland who offers retreats and workshops to people interested in learning the Wim Hof method and the art of breathing .Níall  has appeared on TV3 and has also been the topic of numerous newspaper articles and he also hosts his own Podcast called 'The breathe with Níall Podcast'. 

Sarah Cooney is a Qualified Professional life coach who also has a primary school teacher qualification amongst other things. Sarah is interested and passionate about Personal development and explains the benefits of having a life coach and how it can help people who deal with a variety of problems and provide them with tools and skills to improve themselves and their life. 

Canice Kennedy is an experienced sports psychologist with a wealth of experience across a variety of sports. Canice also has a love of coaching and holds a UEFA A coaching license.
