Today's episode is part of a new series titled "So the truth is..." which will follow a few personal revelations that I have experienced lately through therapy, and candid conversations with friends.

As a creative who has been actively pursuing my dreams for the last 9 years, life has shifted in so many different ways for me but the truth is I be doing the most. Sometimes less is more but when we are constantly striving towards the next level, it is hard to recognized that. It is even harder to recognized your past accomplishments when you are always climbing the next step. Learn to take a step back, pause, and reflect.
