If there is one skill or practice I advocate, and that's learning how to meditate, the benefits are incredible. The simple fact of keeping you centred and able to deal with life's ups and downs makes it a must.
But the fact that it also feeds and nourishes your mind, body, and soul is what you need to take on board because, as too often is the case, finding time for ourselves takes second place when it should be a priority.
